FUNCTION  SetTop(top, left, bottom, right)      Set the top window coordinates

     The SetTop() and SetBottom() functions will set the default help
window coordinates.  Once called, any help invoked from then on, until
the next SetTop() and SetBottom() calls, the help invoked will be
displayed at the new coordinates.

     The appropriate Help window is automatically selected based on if
the cursor is located under the top window.  If so, the bottom window
is then selected.  It is recommended that both windows do not overlap
for that reason.
